Iran warns of 'immediate, regret-inducing' response to any new enemy attack

Iran will immediately and decisively respond to any threat or aggression by the enemy, defense ministry spokesperson General Reza Talaei-Nik says, warning that the United States and Israel must accept Tehran’s legitimate rights either on the battlefield or through diplomacy.
“The American–Israeli enemy must submit to the legitimate and definitive rights of the Iranian people, whether on the battlefield or in diplomacy,” he said. “Without securing the rational, legitimate, and definitive rights of the Iranian nation, the enemy cannot escape the quagmire it has fallen into.”
Talaei-Nik added that if the enemy does not yield to Iran’s just and definitive demands in the diplomatic arena, it should anticipate further military defeats.
“The repeatability of the enemy’s defeats on the battlefield can be predicted based on regional realities,” he said. “Given past trends, the Iranian nation will remain the ultimate victor in this imposed war. Iran has decisively demonstrated its capacities and ability to defend the rights of the Iranian people in both diplomacy and the battlefield.”
The spokesperson also pointed to the repeated retreat of US vessels and aircraft carriers from the conflict zone, saying this reflected the resolve and capability of Iran’s Armed Forces, including the IRGC and Army forces.
