#Axios: US prepares for possible Iran deal signing in Geneva

The United States may be nearing a diplomatic breakthrough with Iran. Axios journalist Barak Ravid, citing an informed source, reported that Washington is preparing for the possible signing of an agreement with Tehran in Geneva in the coming days.
“A diplomat from one of the mediating countries, who reviewed the points of the updated draft together with me, said that ‘the US and Iran have reached agreement on the wording of the deal,’ but acknowledged that final approval is still required,” Ravid wrote.
He added that logistical preparations appear to be underway in parallel. “At the same time, US Air Force aircraft departed for Europe last night carrying equipment ahead of a possible trip by Vice President Vance to Geneva for a signing ceremony in the coming days,” Ravid noted.
