Israeli Defense Minister Israel Katz addressed the emerging agreement between the U.S. and Iran, stating that "Israel will not withdraw from the security zones in Lebanon, Syria and Gaza, Ynet reports.
The IDF will continue to defend our borders and citizens from Mount Hermon, the Lebanese mountains, areas of our land in the West Bank and most of Gaza's territory, as a central lesson from the events of October 7."
He added that "the IDF will not withdraw from the terror camps in the northern West Bank, which have been evacuated of residents, and if necessary, the operation will be expanded to additional terror camps."
