Armen Grigoryan joins PMCG as Senior Advisor

Mr. Grigoryan joins us with extensive experience at the highest levels of government and a career spanning strategic governance, diplomacy, international relations, institutional reform, crisis management, and regional security. This is stated in a message published on the PMCG's official LinkedIn page.
"From 2018 to 2026, he served as Secretary of the Security Council of Armenia, where he was closely involved in national security and foreign policy, interagency coordination, and high-level international negotiations and strategic dialogues. He also served as Acting Minister of Foreign Affairs in 2021.
A central thread throughout his career has been engagement with some of the most complex issues affecting the South Caucasus, including dialogue, negotiation, regional security, conflict resolution, and efforts to advance peace and stability across the region.
This experience is already contributing to PMCG’s work. He is involved in the TRIPP feasibility assessment, an initiative focused on strengthening connectivity through Armenia and supporting the broader potential for regional cooperation, peace, and prosperity.
Beyond public service, Mr. Grigoryan has remained actively engaged in research, policy analysis, and academia. Most recently, on September 5, he marked the publication and presentation of his latest book, continuing his contribution to public and academic discussion on issues shaping Armenia and the wider region.
He brings to PMCG a valuable combination of first-hand policymaking experience, strategic insight, and a deep understanding of the regional context.
Welcome to PMCG, Armen!" the statement reads.
