Ukrainian delegation holds talks with US envoys on UNGA sidelines

A Ukrainian delegation held talks with US special presidential envoy Steve Witkoff and Donald Trump’s son-in-law Jared Kushner on the sidelines of the UN General Assembly in New York, Vladimir Zelensky said.
According to him, the talks took place after his meeting with Trump. "There was a meeting between our negotiating team and President Trump’s negotiating team. We discussed all the issues that we had raised with President Trump," the Kiev regime’s head told reporters in a video published by Ukraine’s Novosti Live news outlet.
According to him, the US team "will now take a couple of weeks" to hold talks with the Russian side.
On September 5, Witkoff and Kushner visited Moscow, where they met with Russian President Vladimir Putin. The next day, they met with Vladimir Zelensky in Kiev.
