2060 Wednesday, 07 November, 2018, 16:25 A pro-Armenian wave of legislators were elected to the U.S. Senate and House Tuesday, with over 165 of 180 ANCA endorsed candidates (that's over 90%) emerging victorious. Highlights include the election of 3 Armenian Americans to the U.S. House - Congresswoman Anna Eshoo, Congresswoman Jackie Speier and Congressman-elect Anthony Brindisi, who will begin his first term in office in January 2019. Armenian American candidate Danny Tarkanian ran a spirited campaign, but fell short in his race for a U.S. House seat in Nevada.
