NG: "Anti-Armenian rhetoric decreased in Azerbaijan"
![]() 1790 Friday, 22 February, 2019, 10:50 Russian daily newspaper "Nezavisimaya Gazeta" published an article about recent developments of Nagorno-Karabakh conflict settlement process. The article is particularly about meetings between Armenian Prime Minister and the president of Azerbaijan in Dushanbe, Saint Petersburg and in Davos. There is also mentioned that the parties lately show their willingness in making more favorable atmosphere for negotiations. Russian newspaper writes particularly about obvious decrease in warlike rhetoric from Azerbaijan government towards Armenia. The edition quotes from one of the sources in Baku: "I won’t talk about cardinal changes but only the deaf and blind can’t notice them". It is also mentioned that there is obvious decrease in the number of anti-Armenian announcements and TV programs in Azerbaijan. |
