Azerbaijan is utilizing long range missiles and has escalated its targeting and destruction of civilian centers by engaging in efforts to cause serious damage to humanitarian and environmental infrastructures.
Confirmed officially by the Armenian Ministry of Defense and the Defense Army of Artsakh (Nagorno Karabakh)".
