Minister of Urban Planning of Artsakh Republic Aram Sargsyan received the Deputy Chairman of the Urban Development Committee of the Republic of Armenia Armen Ghularyan and the Chairman of the Union of Builders of the Republic of Armenia Gagik Galstyan. The upcoming activities on the construction "frontline" were discussed.

Peaceful settlements and civilian infrastructures in Artsakh have been targeted by the enemy since September 27. A lot of repair, dismantling, and reconstruction work needs to be implemented. But the first practical steps have already been taken. In Stepanakert, it is already clear from where will the construction groups start their work. Everything will be done to completely eliminate the traces of war in Stepanakert and in all other cities and towns of Artsakh in a short period of time.
