Concept competition on the resuscitation of Yerevan’s historical “Kond” district

The RA Urban Development Committee announces a two-stage conceptual-urban-architectural
competition for the preservation of the identity, regeneration / modernization of the urban development
environment of the "Kond" district of Yerevan.
The competition is open for all individual architects and architectural studios, consulting enterprises,
scientific and non-governmental organizations and various consortia from all over the world that have a
successful experience in implementing historic urban (including vernacular) construction restoration
projects without any restrictions.
