Arman Tatoyan, Human Rights Defender of the RA has posted on his facebook page. ''Exact evidence on torturing and exposing Armenian war prisoners to inhuman treatment, facts with high validity are presented in this extraordinary report in English made by Human Rights Defender of the RA. The document refers to responsibilities upon Azerbaijan for the military crimes commited. Today, I and rights defender Siranoush Sahakyan have posted the main provisions of the report showing the facts of inhuman treatment, torturing and humiliations of Armenian war prisoners and citizens, and the mechanisms of responsibility for those deeds. The massive violations in the Kovsakan (tying Armenian soldiers to cars and pulling them, cutting dead men’s ears, etc.) made on October 20, 2020 are also presented in the extraordinary report. The report contains the conclusions, including the ones connected with the Border service of Azerbaijan, proving photos and videos, analyses. The document will be sent to the international institutions, as well as the state bodies of the RA and social organizations''.
