''Hraparak'' writes. ''The relationships between Russian peacekeepers deployed in Artsakh and Azeris are deteriorating. Recently Azeris have started going for provocation on a daily basis–they block the roads on the part of Shushi, violate the ceasefire regime, randomly opening fire, sometimes in the direction of Stepanakert as well. According to Artsakh sources, the Azerbaijani side is going for provocation deliberately trying to show that they maintain the situation, the peacekeepers are temporary and do not establish peace. According to our source, they receive the green light from the governments of Artsakh and the RA, that do not react on the provocation, do not spread messages on ceasefire violations, do not oppose, do not bring the attention of the international community to this issue.
Recently Azeris have deployed equipment on the road to Shushi claiming as if they are on road construction. The road to Stepanakert had been blocked for a few hours; the news reached to the peackeepers. Rustam Muradov contacted the Azeri patrol, who replied that the road was theirs and they could do anything they wanted. Muradov sent 2 BTRs to the ''spot'' and ordered to destroy the Azerbaijani equipment. They did so: the tractor blocking the road was pushed into the gorge''.
