A remarkable situation has been created around the former chairman of the Investigative Committee of the RA and the former Prosecutor General Aghvan Hovsepyan. ''Zhoghovourd'' journal has been informed that the authorities are ready to offer a deal to Hovsepyan and set him free, if the latter pays the initially counted amount according to the criminal case and give it back to the state budget.
In this case it cannot be excluded that his precautionary measure of detention would be exchanged by a pledge։ money for freedom. Nevertheless, in the law enforcement system this variant is the most discussed one now.
