Johnson called the recognition of the DPR and LPR a violation of international law

Russia’s recognition of the self-proclaimed DPR and LPR is a violation of international law and Ukraine’s sovereignty, British Prime Minister Boris Johnson said.
“The recognition of the Donetsk and Lugansk republics is a clear violation of international law, it is a violation of sovereignty and territorial integrity and a rejection of the Minsk agreements. I think this is a very bad omen. This is definitely another signal that the situation is developing in the wrong direction. The UK will do everything whatever he can to support the Ukrainian people,” Johnson said.
