Azerbaijan continues to violate international agreements, as a result of which we again have wounded people. I am preparing urgent letters to my international colleagues, whom, by the way, I alarmed a few days ago that the Turkish-Azerbaijani tandem is preparing grounds for a new military aggression.
Today, the Azerbaijani Armed Forces violated the ceasefire regime in the western direction, using firearms and an AGS-17 grenade launcher. As a result of the violation of the ceasefire regime by Azerbaijan, the soldiers of the NKR Defence Army H. A. and M. V. were wounded.
The criminal behavior of Azerbaijan is of continuous character. I am going to once again alarm all relevant international bodies that impunity generates new crimes by Azerbaijan against the peaceful population of Artsakh, therefore there is an urgent need for the international community to exercise appropriate political and legal mechanisms to protect the right to life of the peaceful population of Artsakh.
