Syrian National Conference to be held on Jan. 4-5

A national conference aimed at deliberating on Syria's future is set to take place in Damascus on January 4 and 5, as reported by the Turkish television station A Haber on Monday.
"On January 4-5, a National Syrian Conference will be held in Damascus, where constitutional issues and a number of administrative issues will be discussed. All layers of society and all religious movements will be represented at the conference, and about 1,200 people from Syria and other countries have been invited to it," the channel added.
