Zelensky to Boost Post-Assad Syria Relations

Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyy announced on Thursday that the country is poised to reestablish diplomatic ties with Syria and increase agricultural exports to Lebanon, despite the ongoing war with Russia.
Ukraine and Syria are currently assessing potential cooperation within international organizations. Zelensky indicated that Damascus could become a "reliable partner" by the end of this year.
