The Georgian authorities have once again stated that at the beginning of the war in Ukraine they were urged to open a second front against Russia
Prime Minister Kobakhidze stated this without specifying who exactly suggested that he start a war with the Russian Federation but that the argument was “Ukraine is winning the war, and you must not miss this chance.”
"They told us this behind closed doors when they called us to open a second front. As experience shows, all this confirms that our approach was absolutely correct and justified"․
