According to the source, Hamas has set conditions for handing over power to the Palestinian National Authority.

These conditions include the need to maintain jobs for employees in the new government or provide them with retirement benefits and guaranteed salary payments.

Earlier, the US called peace in Gaza impossible as long as Hamas is able to govern the enclave.
