Elon Musk tops world superbillionaire rankings

Recent figures reveal the emergence of a new class of ultra-wealthy individuals - the superbillionaires, each with a fortune of at least $50 billion. Altrata's list includes 24 such individuals from around the globe. Topping the list is Elon Musk, the head of SpaceX, Tesla, and X, with an estimated net worth of $419.4 billion. He is followed by Amazon founder Jeff Bezos ($263.8 billion), LVMH chairman Bernard Arnault ($238.9 billion), Oracle co-founder Larry Ellison ($237 billion), and Meta Corporation (recognized as extremist in Russia) CEO Mark Zuckerberg ($220.8 billion). Sixteen of the individuals on the list have fortunes exceeding $100 billion. |
