Hamas says solution reached over release of Palestinian prisonsers
![]() 462 Wednesday, 26 February, 2025, 12:56 Hamas said on Tuesday it has agreed during a visit to Cairo on a solution to end the delay of releasing of Palestinian prisoners. “An agreement was reached to resolve the issue of the delayed release of Palestinian prisoners who were supposed to be freed in the last batch,” Hamas said in a statement. "They (Palestinian prisoners) will be released simultaneously with the bodies of the Israeli prisoners (hostages) agreed to be handed over during the first phase, in addition to the corresponding Palestinian women and children," Hamas said. |
