Igor Borisovich Titov has been appointed Consul General of the Russian Federation in the city of Gyumri, Republic of Armenia.
“In 2019-2023, Titov headed the Rossotrudnichestvo representation in Japan, in 2023-2024 he was the vice president of the all-Russian public organization “Russia-Japan Society”, in 2024-2025 he was the head of the priority group for the opening of the Consulate General of Russia in Kapan,” the Russian Foreign Ministry reported.
The former Consul General of the Russian Federation in Gyumri, Ruslan Kandaurov, died on November 8, 2024.
