"Zelensky did not deliver a letter to Trump" - Zelensky's press secretary

Volodymyr Zelensky did not pass any letters to US President Donald Trump, the Ukrainian politician's press secretary Serhiy Nikiforov claims.
"There was not a single letter from Zelensky, Trump talked about a post on a social network," Nikiforov said in response to a request from the Ukrainian portal Liga.net.
In turn, the Ukrainian Ambassador to the United States Oksana Markarova explained on social networks that Zelensky's "important letter", which Trump mentioned during his address to Congress, was yesterday's post by the Ukrainian politician on social networks, in which he wrote that he was ready to conclude a quick truce, and proposed to start with the release of prisoners, a ceasefire - a ban on missiles, long-range drones and bombing strikes on energy and civilian infrastructure. At the same time, he did not apologize as requested by the US president.
Trump said that he received a letter from Volodymyr Zelensky with a statement on his readiness for negotiations to resolve the conflict.
