Baerbock։ "It is very important now for Europeans and Americans to act together"

German Foreign Minister Annalena Baerbock called on US President Donald Trump not to make concessions to Russian President Vladimir Putin in the Ukraine talks without the EU's approval. This was reported by Tagesschau.
"It is very important now for Europeans and Americans to act together and in a united manner," Baerbock said at a meeting of EU foreign ministers in Brussels.
The minister did not criticize the planned conversation between the leaders of Russia and the US, calling them "part of the process." She noted that the territorial integrity of Ukraine should be the basis of all negotiations.
As Kremlin Press Secretary Dmitry Peskov told reporters, the conversation between the presidents of Russia and the US is scheduled for March 18, but the details of the discussion are not being disclosed.
Earlier, Trump named the date of the talks with the Russian leader as March 18. He said that he intends to discuss the situation around Ukraine with Putin, in particular the issue of territories and control over power plants. The Republican expressed hope for the possibility of resolving the Russian-Ukrainian conflict.
