Bayramov: "Despite progress in relations between Azerbaijan and Armenia, there are obstacles on the path to complete peace"

Azerbaijani Foreign Minister Jeyhun Bayramov published an article in the analytical and information journal of the Azerbaijani parliament entitled “Independent and Sovereign Model of Foreign Policy of Azerbaijan”.

"Despite the progress achieved in the bilateral negotiations on the peace agreement between Azerbaijan and Armenia, the continuing tendency of revanchism in Armenia, the lack of political will to change the provisions of the Constitution and other legal acts containing territorial claims against Azerbaijan, as well as the rapid rearmament of Armenia with the direct support of foreign forces, remain the most serious obstacle to the process of final normalization of relations," the article says.
