The foreign ministers of the 27 EU countries have not agreed on a €40 billion aid package for Ukraine, but they hope to "move forward in the near future." This was stated by the head of EU diplomacy, Kaya Kallas, at a press conference following a meeting of the EU Council in Brussels.
"There is broad political support for this initiative. The discussion is at the stage of discussing the details. I hope that we can make progress soon," she said.
