Israel strikes southern Gaza hospital
 623 Monday, 24 March, 2025, 09:27 The Israeli Defense Forces (IDF) have struck Nasser Hospital in the southern Gaza Strip, Al Jazeera reported. “Israeli forces are striking the surgical building of the Nasser Medical Complex, where there are many patients and wounded,” the news agency’s Telegram channel said. An Israeli air strike on a hospital in southern Gaza has killed at least two people, including a senior Hamas official and a 16-year-old boy, Hamas and health officials have said. Ismail Barhoum, a member of Hamas’s political bureau, was killed while undergoing treatment at Nasser Hospital in Khan Younis late on Sunday, Hamas said in a statement. |
