Zakharova։ "There is a multilateral political dialogue between the Russian Federation and the Republic of Armenia"

The leaders of the Russian Federation and the Republic of Armenia are in constant contact, there is a multilateral, political dialogue between the two countries. This was stated by the official representative of the Russian Foreign Ministry Maria Zakharova during a briefing.

“The contacts of the Russian Federation with Armenia include contacts at the level of foreign ministers, inter-parliamentary, cultural and educational cooperation,” Zakharova noted, also recalling the cooperation in the economic sphere, as a result of which the trade turnover between the two countries has increased.

“The Russian Federation also cooperates with Armenia on international platforms, including within the UN framework,” added the representative of the Russian Foreign Ministry, noting that there are still unresolved issues between the Russian Federation and the Republic of Armenia that are damaging bilateral relations and are under discussion.
