Iran's missiles are "loaded onto launchers in all underground missile cities and are ready for launch," the Tehran Times wrote on X/Twitter on Sunday overnight.
"Opening the Pandora's box will come at a heavy cost for the US government and its allies," the post read.

Earlier, the Telegraph newspaper, citing a senior Iranian official, reported that Tehran was ready to strike the American base on Diego Garcia in the Indian Ocean in the event of a US attack.

On Sunday, US President Donald Trump threatened “unprecedented bombings” in an interview with NBC News if the US and Iran did not reach an agreement.

Iranian Foreign Minister Abbas Araghchi earlier stated that, amid maximum pressure, military and economic threats, Iran will never enter into direct negotiations with the United States.
