Steinmeier։ "Armenia has contributed to the possible signing of a peace agreement with its decisions"

Armenia has been very constructive in recent weeks in reaching an agreement on the draft peace agreement. This was stated by German Prime Minister Frank-Walter Steinmeier at a joint press conference with Armenian President Vahagn Khachaturyan.

“Nothing is now preventing the signing of the peace agreement. Armenia has made this possible with its decisions,” Steinmeier noted, adding that the path has not been easy for Armenia.

Armenian President Vahagn Khachaturyan, in turn, emphasized that Armenia will be consistent in reaching peace with Azerbaijan.

“The difficulties that exist and will exist are surmountable. Any issue can be resolved through negotiations. The time for war and conflict is over,” the Armenian President noted, commenting on the current process of agreement on the text of the peace agreement between Armenia and Azerbaijan.
