Shootings in Aragatsotn region

On April 4, a shooting occurred in the Aragatsotn region. Around 9:35 PM, the RA Ministry of Internal Affairs was alerted to an incident in the village of Aruch.

As reported by Gagik Shamshyan, at 8:30 PM, 34-year-old Samvel H. fired several shots from an illegally possessed hunting rifle at a Mercedes driven by 31-year-old Fahrad H., with 20-year-old Sergey A. as a passenger. The shots damaged the car's rear windshield, left headlight, and tirewing.

The police are taking the necessary measures to find Samvel H. and the firearm used as a weapon of the crime. According to Shamshyan, the cause was the speeding and failure to yield.
