Trump։ "There may be American peacekeeping forces in the Gaza Strip"

U.S. President Donald Trump on Monday described the Gaza Strip as “a tremendous piece of real estate” and said the U.S. plans to take control of the territory.
"You know how I feel about the Gaza Strip. I think it's an incredible piece of important real estate. And I think it's something that we would be involved in. Having a peace force like the US there controlling and owning the Gaza Strip would be a good thing ... you call it the Freedom Zone", Trum noted.
Trump once again proposed relocating the population of the Gaza Strip, stating that “many countries” are ready to accept the enclave’s residents. Netanyahu defended his proposal. In his opinion, it is about “giving people a choice.”
“Anywhere else, including war zones (Ukraine, Syria), people could leave. The Gaza Strip was the only place where the population was locked up. What’s wrong with giving people a choice?” Netanyahu said.
According to the Israeli prime minister, he and Trump discussed a list of possible countries where Palestinians from Gaza could move.
