Yesterday, a technical meeting of representatives of Turkey and Israel was held in Azerbaijan to prevent unwanted incidents in Syria, in order to create a de-escalation mechanism. Turkish Foreign Minister Hakan Fidan stressed that this does not mean normalization of relations with Israel.
