"These are negotiations between the Foreign Ministry and the State Department exclusively on issues of settlement and normalization of bilateral relations. The issue of the Ukrainian settlement is not discussed at these negotiations," he told journalists. The Kremlin representative was also asked whether there are any time frames for reaching agreements during these consultations. "No, there are no time frames.
