![]() 726 Thursday, 10 April, 2025, 15:09 Azerbaijan and China are starting a dialogue on cooperation in the defense industry, Azerbaijani President Ilham Aliyev has announced. “We are starting a dialogue on cooperation in the defense industry and we believe that this can be a very promising process, as Azerbaijan continues to modernize its armed forces,” Aliyev said. The head of state noted that Baku and Beijing signed a Declaration on Strategic Partnership in 2024, which “is a very important milestone in bilateral relations, because the presence of a strategic partnership format in cooperation with such a large country as China is, of course, extremely important for us,” the Azerbaijani President said. |
