"Rubio and Fidan discussed threats emanating from Iran" - US State Department

US State Department spokesperson Tammy Bruce said US Secretary of State Marco Rubio had a telephone conversation with Turkish Foreign Minister Hakan Fidan.
According to the report, the parties discussed the threats posed by Iran and its proxies to regional security and stability.
They agreed on the importance of cooperation in the fight against terrorism and strengthening NATO, the report said.
