Trump posted late Monday, after hours of speculation over whether the president would attend the service. On April 21, Pope Francis died at the age of 88 in his Vatican residence. The cause of death was a stroke. The body of Pope Francis will be transferred to St. Peter's Basilica in the Vatican no later than Wednesday, April 23, Vatican spokesman Matteo Bruni said.
