According to the Azerbaijani Foreign Ministry, regional security issues were also discussed, including the situation after the conflict. “Azerbaijan’s long-standing and principled position, according to which amendments to the Armenian Constitution in order to eliminate Azerbaijan’s claims to sovereignty and territorial integrity, are a prerequisite for signing a peace treaty,” Bayramov stated at the meeting. |
