"Yesterday, during a conversation with Witkoff, Vladimir Putin reiterated that the Russian side is ready to resume the negotiation process with Ukraine without any preconditions," Peskov said. Yesterday, Witkoff visited Russia for the fourth time in the past three months. The meeting between Putin and Witkoff in the Kremlin lasted three hours.
