"What we did to Assad in Damascus, we will do to you in Tehran" - Katz

Attacks on Israeli territory by Yemen’s Houthi rebels, Ansar Allah, will have serious consequences for them and Iran, Israeli Defense Minister Israel Katz has warned.

“If the Houthis continue to bomb us, Israel will hit them hard. The Israel Defense Forces are ready for any mission. I also warn the Iranian leadership, which finances, arms and controls the Houthi terrorist organization: the system of proxy control has ended, and the ‘axis of evil’ has collapsed, you (the Iranian leadership) bear direct responsibility for the Houthi attacks. What we did to Hezbollah in Beirut, to Hamas in Gaza, to Assad in Damascus and to the Houthis in Yemen, we will do to you in Tehran,” Katz wrote in X.
