Russia-Ukraine talks postponed until noon

The talks between the Russian and Ukrainian delegations will begin “after lunch,” RIA Novosti reported, citing a source.
Earlier, TASS, citing a source, reported that the talks would begin at 10:00 (11:00 Yerevan time).
The meeting will take place at the Dolmabahce Palace, the residence of the Turkish president, where negotiations between Russia and Ukraine were also held in 2022.
The Russian delegation has already arrived in Istanbul. The Kremlin announced the night before that it will be headed, as three years ago, by Russian presidential aide Vladimir Medinsky, and Moscow will also be represented by Deputy Foreign Minister Mikhail Galuzin, Chief of the Main Directorate of the General Staff of the Armed Forces Igor Kostyukov and Deputy Defense Minister Alexander Fomin.
