"The Coat of arms of the Republic of Armenia reflects territorial claims to Armenia's current neighbors" - Hajizade
![]() 711 Friday, 16 May, 2025, 14:57 Official Baku has the legal right to demand from Armenia amendments to its Constitution, which contains territorial claims to Azerbaijan, which remains a key condition for signing a final peace. This was stated by the press secretary of the Azerbaijani Foreign Ministry Aykhan Hajizade. Hajizade noted that Pashinyan’s statements are another attempt to mislead the international community on the issue of the Azerbaijani-Armenian peace process. “Even the Coat of arms of the Republic of Armenia, mentioned in Article 21 of the Constitution of the Republic of Armenia, reflects territorial claims to Armenia’s current neighbors,” the statement said. |
