The Russian delegation in Istanbul is demanding that Ukraine withdraw its troops from its territory to ensure a ceasefire, adding that Russia's demands also include other "unacceptable conditions," the outlet reported. Direct Russian-Ukrainian talks are still underway in Istanbul. Turkish intelligence chief Ibrahim Kalin has also joined the negotiators. |
