Iran receives offer for new round of talks with US

"We have received a proposal regarding the next round of indirect talks between Iran and the US, and it is under review," Gharibabadi noted, without revealing further details. The United States and Iran, mediated by Oman, have held four rounds of talks since April 12 to resolve differences over Tehran's nuclear program. The Iranian delegation to the consultations was led by Foreign Minister Abbas Araghchi, while the American delegation was led by US presidential special envoy Steve Witkoff. |
