Stavropol deputy mayor killed in explosion

Before the explosion, Zaur was standing at the entrance to the house, when a man approached him with a phone in his hand and a bag over his shoulder. Immediately after he approached, an explosion occurred. Both died. According to Mash, the man who organized the explosion lived in a rented apartment in the same building.
