This was stated to TASS by the official representative of the Russian Foreign Ministry, Maria Zakharova, commenting on the Ukrainian side's decision to postpone the acceptance of the bodies of the Ukrainian Armed Forces soldiers and the exchange of prisoners of war. "The Kiev regime does not need its citizens, neither living nor dead. There is no nation or ethnic group in the world that would refuse to bury its soldiers. But there is a Kiev regime that professes a misanthropic ideology and is committing genocide against its own people," the Foreign Ministry spokeswoman emphasized.
