Aliyev։ "Armenia is a war criminal state"

Azerbaijani President Ilham Aliyev has called Armenia a war criminal state.

According to Aliyev, Azerbaijan knows very well what war is.

“Our lands were under occupation for years, and during the Second Karabakh War, Armenia not only kept our cities, villages and residential areas under fire, but also did not forget, if I may say so, to fire its missiles even here, in Mingachevur. This was aggression against the civilian population, civilian infrastructure. This is a war crime,” Aliyev said.

The Azerbaijani president accused Armenia of completely destroying Azerbaijani settlements and shelling settlements “quite far” from the conflict zone.

“Armenia is a war criminal state,” Aliyev concluded.
