Israel destroys militant group and tunnel in Gaza

"The 188th Armored Brigade is operating in the Khan Yunis area of the Gaza Strip. The troops, acting in conjunction with the Israeli Air Force, destroyed an armed terrorist group that was approaching them and posing a threat. In addition, the troops discovered and destroyed a tunnel about 1 km long in Khan Yunis," the statement said. The Israeli army "continues to conduct military operations against terrorist organizations in the Gaza Strip, protecting the civilian population of the State of Israel," the department said. |
