Iranian Foreign Minister Abbas Araqchi said Iran's cooperation with the International Atomic Energy Agency (IAEA) has not stopped, stressing that Europe's insistence on a rapid response mechanism would end their role in Iran's nuclear dossier, Mehr reported.

Araqchi made the remarks on Saturday at a meeting with ambassadors, chargés d'affaires and heads of foreign missions in Tehran at the Foreign Ministry building.

He said Iran is very grateful to all those countries that condemned the recent Israeli aggression against Iran, noting that "about 120 countries have condemned the aggression of the Zionist regime and the United States against Iran."

"Our cooperation with the Agency has not stopped, it has simply taken a new form. From now on, relations with the Agency will be carried out through the Supreme National Security Council (SNSC). The Agency's request for continued cooperation with Iran will be considered by the SCSS on a case-by-case basis, and decisions will be made taking into account security, the minister explained. "Security is a concern for inspectors approaching the nuclear facilities that were attacked.

The fact is that our nuclear facilities were attacked, and the proximity to these facilities currently creates risks, including the spread of radioactive materials or explosions, and we believe that the issue of security and safety is a concern for inspectors when they approach these facilities," the Iranian Foreign Minister said.
