Syrian Defense Minister Orders Ceasefire

The corresponding order was given by the Syrian Defense Minister Murhaf Abu Kasra, who is part of the interim government. "We order all units operating in the city of As-Suwayda to completely cease fire. It is only allowed to respond to the actions of illegal formations in response to their provocations," Abu Kasra wrote on X.
